Creative Associate Position Summary
At Ashokasha Exim Pvt. Ltd., we're seeking an experienced Creative Associate who will bring our brand stories to life through visually appealing content.
This role involves creating a variety of materials, including product catalogs, brochures, presentation decks, stationery, labels, packaging artwork, and branding collaterals. You'll work closely with the marketing and sales team to develop campaign creatives for product launches, events, and trade shows.
The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in FMCG or F&B industries. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro is essential. A strong portfolio showcasing packaging, social media, and print designs is required.
Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining product catalogs, planning and managing packshots, lifestyle shoots, and product photoshoots, developing social media creatives, designing POS materials, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual content.
• Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain product catalogs, brochures, and presentation decks
• Plan and manage packshots, lifestyle shoots, and product photoshoots
• Develop social media creatives (Instagram stories, LinkedIn graphics, festive posts, etc.)
• Design POS materials like shelf-talkers, danglers, FSUs, banners, and in-store branding

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual content
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design (FMCG, F&B, or agency background preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro

• Ability to handle multiple creative projects under tight deadlines
