Role Description
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy Graphic Designer to own the visual identity of our brand across social media, e-commerce and offline assets. This role is perfect for someone who understands design aesthetics, social media trends, and storytelling while ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

In-site role for a Marketing Graphic Designer
Location: Bandra (w), Mumbai
• Maintain a strong, cohesive brand aesthetic across all digital and offline touchpoints.
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Stories, TikToks) and create engaging motion graphics.
• Work on basic animations, transitions, and effects to enhance content.
• Adapt designs for different formats, including static posts, GIFs, reels, and carousel content.
• Assist in shooting in-house content for social media
• Branding and graphic design skills
• Minimalist aesthetic, strong creativity and attention to detail
• Experience in creating graphics for social media marketing
• Knowledge of marketing principles
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Work on packaging, merchandise, and new launches as and when necessary
• Email marketing
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design & video editing (social media focus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Canva
• At least 1 yr. Exp in the beauty space
• Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, and color theory
• Understanding of social media formats & engagement-driven design
• Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table
