Location: Mumbai (Remote but needs to be available for team meetings/ client meetings when required. Will move to on-site model in 6-+ months.
Days: Monday- Friday
Timings: 10:00am - 7:00pm
Budget : 15-16 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the brand custodian, ensuring consistent translation of brand personality and tone of voice across all communication channels.
• Manage day-to-day collaboration with in-house designers, freelancers, social media, influencer & performance marketing agencies
• Collaborate with agencies to develop strategic plans for influencers, retention marketing, performance marketing, and social media.
• Work closely with social media and performance marketing agencies to drive brand growth and address their needs effectively
• Analyse and interpret performance marketing reports to identify trends and optimise ad campaigns to reach the target audience effectively resulting in higher conversions
• Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for advertising and public-facing communications.
• Plan quarterly shoots for new product launches and other visuals, managing the entire process internally.
• Identify growth levers to expand brand awareness and drive sales, including new avenues for business growth.
• Develop Go-To-Market strategies for each product launch and coordinate creative requirements across online and offline platforms.
• Manage monthly budgets while collaborating with freelancers, influencers, and other partners.
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and organised workflow for optimal output.
• Maintain a network of key contacts to ensure timely delivery from stakeholders and team members.
• Conduct monthly customer feedback calls to gain insights into product satisfaction and prepare reports for the operations team.
• Occasionally conduct research to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Stay updated on the latest social media and market trends, competition brands, and innovative product opportunities.
• Handle ad hoc and urgent requests from various teams to accelerate product launches and ad creatives.
Key Qualifications:
• 7-+ years of relevant work experience in managing social media, digital marketing, content creation, offline (BTL) marketing, and packaging design.
• Proven expertise in managing end-to-end photo shoots and comprehensive knowledge of influencer marketing.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and overseeing cross-functional operations.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, along with outstanding organisational skills.
• Adept at multitasking, with meticulous attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, capable of leveraging various growth levers, including identifying brand partnerships, barter deals, sampling activities, college and event sponsorships, and bulk orders for brand promotions.
• Visionary with a driven personality, not only highly analytical and strategic but also creative and hands-on in nature
• Adept at building relationships and liaising with multiple stakeholders and thrive in fast paced environments
