Role And Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing team and drive our business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies, managing a team of marketing professionals, and driving brand awareness and sales for our clients in the textiles industry. Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Creating and managing budgets, tracking ROI, and optimizing marketing efforts.
Candidate Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the textiles industry.
• Strong knowledge of export sales and experience in developing international markets.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
