IYSERT has successfully set up a world class state of art 20 MW photovoltaic crystalline solar module manufacturing unit in Rajasthan & this is the first phase of the company with rapid expansion plan, subsequently company has plan of expanding its capacity 45 MW shortly. We manufacture the highest quality of photovoltaic crystalline modules for both off grid and on grid applications as well as Wind & hybrid system. Our customers range from small local installers and distributors to global EPC contractors. Our Company is also into application & development of the products.The current range includes domestic, commercial and industrial solar powered system .Iysert Group annual turn over is more than 100 million INR .
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and driven individual who is passionate about design, storytelling, and digital trends to join our team as a Graphic Designer, Social Media Handler, and Video Editor. This is a multifaceted role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves bringing ideas to life through visuals and content.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
• Create visually compelling graphics for digital platforms, including social media posts, banners, presentations, and branding materials.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent brand identity across all media.
• Work closely with the content and marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects.
Social Media Management
• Plan, schedule, and manage content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor engagement and analytics to optimize content performance and audience growth.
• Stay up-to-date with social trends, platform updates, and viral content to keep our presence fresh and relevant.
Video Editing
• Edit raw video footage into engaging content for reels, stories, YouTube, and marketing campaigns.
• Add motion graphics, sound effects, and transitions to enhance video quality.
• Collaborate with the team to storyboard and brainstorm new video concepts.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Basic knowledge of photography and videography is a plus.
• A creative eye, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
