Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Marketing head to design, build and maintain user acquisition channels
• Innovate and execute digital campaigns and programs to create brand awareness and consistent user acquisition
• Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of graphic artists, designers and product managers, and external partners to launch campaigns that require both strategic thinking and high-speed execution.
• Creating and executing a strong Performance Marketing strategy and execution plan
• Create processes, metrics, and dashboards to achieve strategic goals

Requirements
• 6 months of digital marketing experience with a good grip on Facebook Ads and Google Adwords
• High ownership
• Strongly data-driven
• Execution-bias / Hustle
• User empathy
• High creativity quotient
• Quick decision-making, iterative mindset
