- Connect with senior stakeholders such as Head of HR or Talent Acquisition.
- Understand the full spectrum of company’s hiring demand.
- Proposition Triedge’s capabilities.
- Plan and meet Targets in terms of client & Position acquisition.
- Providing customer service.
- Team Management
- Share Daily Reporting to Respective managers
- Responsible for Error free job postings
- Take Part in training sessions
Candidate Specification
- Pursuing UG or PG in Management studies.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing Techniques.
- Good command over English.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Google sheets.
- Internship experience in marketing is a plus point. (B2B/B2C Sales)
- Taken initiative as a Leader in college festivities/ Societies.
Must have-
- High energy and target-oriented individual
- Capacity to engage in conversation and effectively proposition the platform
- Capacity to learn on the go & display a high level of self-initiative
