Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and consumer behaviour to inform marketing strategies.
Content Development: Assist in the creation of marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, email campaigns, and other promotional materials.
Digital Marketing: Collaborate on digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Campaign Management: Help plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
Analytics: Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Market Expansion: Contribute ideas and strategies for expanding the company's market reach and customer base.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, progress, and results for review by the marketing team.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Marketing or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools) is a plus.
Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for marketing.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
