Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Support the development of marketing campaigns and materials. Assist in creating engaging content for various marketing channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Develop and maintain a keen understanding of the recruitment industry. What We’re Looking For: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently and within teams Familiarity with market research tools and methodologies. Passion for recruitment and business analysis.
