About Us: We help our users reverse metabolic health disorders using a unique combination of ayurveda, clinical nutrition and psychology. We run expert led online programs to reverse disorders such as PCOS, hypothyroidism and insulin resistance (diabetes and pre-diabetes) and eliminate the need for medication for our users.
Previously: We ran a highly successful pilot for these programs for over an year, serving hundreds of paid users. Based on the learning and multiple validations in the pilot, we have developed a mobile app to help our experts and users engage with our services with higher engagement and efficiency.
Now: We are ready to launch the first version of our product. To make this launch successful, we are seeking an energetic and driven intern to help us with marketing and Go-To-Market (GTM) execution.
Role summary: As a marketing intern, you will
(1) Build paid partnerships with yoga experts, personal trainers, health bloggers, and social media influencers in the health and wellness space help us reach out target users.
(2) Plan and execute paid, direct marketing campaigns under the supervision on experienced marketers
Key Responsibilities:
Build the partnership pitches: Create compelling win-win partnership pitches for our channel partners (yoga experts, trainers, influencers, etc.).
Recruit channel partners: Reach out to potential partners via phone calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels and onboard them as partners on the platform.
Online marketing campaigns - Plan and execute advertising campaigns on social media channels such as Instagram, FB and Twitter.
Partner campaigns - planning & execution: Execute joint campaigns with partners. Ensure campaigns align with the brand's goals and messaging.
Marketing strategy: Track the performance of partnerships, gather feedback, and optimize campaigns to maximize results.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential new channels and influencers, keeping up with trends in the health and wellness industry.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Currently pursuing an UG/PG degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly proficient in English.
Business acumen - ability to understand market dynamics and the needs of different channels. Create a winning partnership proposition.
Entrepreneurial mindset - Ability to share the vision and story of the brand effectively to build excitement and interest in potential partners.
Work Expectations:
Duration: 3-4 hours daily (flexible working hours)
Stipend: INR 4000 per month
Location: Remote / fully WFH
