Marketing Lead – Digital Agency (B2B)

£32k – c£37k + Good Bens

Based in Folkstone/Kent - Hybrid – 3 days a week (Flexible)

6DTD are partnering with an award winning digital marketing agency to find an experienced Marketing Lead.

As the new Marketing Lead, you will lead and deliver marketing campaigns (B2B) that grow awareness. drive leads, provide value and drive measurable results to the business.

Your specific attention will be towards targeted campaigns with real marketing intent, being the link between marketing and commercial departments. You will have a keen eye for attention, love trying new things and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

Experience in B2B marketing environments is important. You will have the confidence to use HubSport as a CMS and Marketing platform, as well as experience in updating and using Wordpress to manage a website and build landing pages.

Essential Experience

• Extensive B2B Marketing experience

• A forward thinking and creative mindset

• A track record of delivering highly successful B2B marketing campaigns

• Previous experience working in an agency would be a distinct advantage but not essential

• Experience using Hubspot (Or similar) and Wordpress

• The confidence to work closely with partners and internal stakeholders

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

• A good mix of campaign management, planning and strategic skills

• Excellent presentation skills

• Experience driving branding and present insight thought leadership on LinkedIn

• Excellent analytical, organisational, project management, and time management skills

• Experience with budget management and reporting
