Overview
Note: This position is open exclusively to Jaipur-based candidates.
We are seeking a Marketing lead, for our jewellery retail venture, to build and oversee the comprehensive brand and marketing strategy as well as execution of the marketing function for the brand. As a Marketing lead, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand and customer acquisition initiatives. You will work closely with the senior management team to create and implement strategies that communicate our brand values and connect with our target audience. The individual would be responsible for the customer acquisition targets for the business.
Key Responsibility
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Develop and articulate a unique brand story and positioning.
Create and manage brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Analyze brand performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Work with product development to ensure brand alignment in new product launches.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective advertising and promotional campaigns.
Identify opportunities for brand growth and expansion.
Plan & manage the periodic Ground Activation & Promotions.
Control events including preparation and performing Events & Exhibitions
Planning and executing all BTL activities - Events (roadshows, exhibitions, conferences, seminars), promotions (pamphlets, handbills, brochures) and brand/service placement.
Set up a strong network of vendors / Agencies for various promotional activities planned for the respective regions.
Define key guidelines for each project/ campaign and check for adherence to the brief. implement in-store marketing activity and outdoor marketing activity to increase sales.
Provide result-oriented advertising and marketing activities designed to meet customer needs. To achieve sustainable business growth through market intelligence, creativity, and strategic vision, and to build an organization that attracts, develops, and retains outstanding people.
Requirements And Skills
Prior work experience of over 3 years.
Proven experience as a Brand Strategist or similar role in a wellness or consumer goods company.
Strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in the service, consumer, fashion or jewellery industry.
Knowledge of branding and marketing trends.
Graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful brand strategies and campaigns.,
