Job Description
Company is looking for Trainees MBA with dual specialization in both Marketing and HR with a willingness to travel.As the Company is going to launch its product through Parlors only Female Trainees will be appointed.The initial Training period will be of 11 months and the Trainee will have to give an undertaking that they can not quit till their probation period of the 11 months is completed.After the probation period the Trainees will become full time employees of the Company and can expect a minimum of 15% hike in their C2C with one being given the HR functions independently and the other the Marketing.
