Salary Range: $55,000 -$75,000 annually
The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position
The range listed is just one component of Care.com's total compensation package for employees
Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives

Responsibilities
The Care for Business Marketing team is in search of an Events Manager who will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing events to ensure they run smoothly and meet the objectives of our customers and Care for Business
The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others and possess a customer-centric, can-do attitude
Liaise with assigned clients to develop custom seminars/webinars, providing guidance on event topics to meet their unique needs and objectives as well as: program set-up, registration reminders, hosting, attendance tracking, and follow-up communications
Assist in developing new event offerings by staying informed on the evolving care landscape and anticipating the needs of customers
Manage event logistics (registration, invoicing, and follow-ups), ensuring smooth execution
Work independently, effectively, and efficiently with internal staff, a national network of trainers, client companies, and web conferencing platform (Zoom) to deliver the highest quality client experience
Oversee customer benefit fairs: manage event deliverables (swag/materials), coordinate with Account Managers, track event details
Collaborate with external vendors to ensure successful execution of events
Create post-event attendance reports, deliver surveys, and capture feedback/satisfaction ratings
Clearly communicate event information to clients and attendees and prepare event assets
Serve as the host of webinar events with 1,000+ attendees

What You'll Do:

Salary Range: $55,000 -$75,000 annually
