Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
Develop and lead integrated marketing strategies to drive patient growth, brand awareness, and loyalty
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials
Analyze market trends and patient demographics to inform campaigns
Manage marketing budgets, set KPIs, and report on performance metrics
Community & Events Marketing
Plan and manage local events, sponsorships, and community partnerships
Represent Dentalook at community and industry events to increase brand visibility
Build relationships with local organizations and media outlets
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a small marketing team
Oversee marketing projects and ensure timely, high-quality execution
Foster a collaborative, growth-minded team culture
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
3–5 years of broad marketing experience (brand, communications, events, digital, etc.)
Healthcare or dental industry experience is an asset
Strong project management and leadership skills
Proficient in marketing tools and data analysis
Location: This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Burlington, ON office.
