Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to create compelling marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
Requirements
Must be fluent in English and Korean
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, advertising, and sales with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in HTML for email marketing and website management is preferred.
Strong budgeting skills with the ability to manage financial resources effectively.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Familiarity with market research methodologies to gather insights that drive strategic decisions.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing marketing collateral is highly desirable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
