Job Description
• Be the communication bridge between global teams and local marketing team and lead cross-functional collaboration with sales team.
• Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for India’s long term sustainable growth and success.
• Create, develop and execute market programs, initiatives and sales enablement activities to increase adoption of key products and solutions
• Create and maintain a calendar of programs that is in line with regional and country goals, this includes digital content, enablement materials and campaign-in-a-box content.
• Grow the India database by leading the growth via a variety of acquisitions including email, nurture, webinars, content syndication, webinar and more.
• Drive sales pipeline through trackable demand generations programs.
• Work closely with the ISR team on upcoming campaigns and campaign follow through.
• Analyse campaign results and review the campaign and enhance the conversion rates continuously.
Requirements- 7+ years of experience of demand generation experience preferably in a ERP company
• Data driven marketer who has a track record of producing lead generation ROI
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong project management and communication skills
• A commercial and data-driven mindset, with ability to use data in storytelling
• Bachelors degree or above
