Job Description
The B2B Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and contributing to projects that drive revenue growth and
brand salience across global markets. The B2B Marketing Manager will report directly to the CEO and be
responsible for the development and management of broad-based B2B marketing programs, execution and
outcomes.
This person will manage marketing efforts for brand position and awareness. They will manage lead generation,
website development and content curation/creation, social/digital/content marketing, PR, industry events and
conferences, and sales collateral.
This role will coordinate and work across multiple departments, and work closely with senior management,
interact with clients, vendors, and industry leaders.
Responsbilities:
• Working with the CEO and Head of Sales, design and execute the company’s B2B marketing strategy and programs (internal/external branding, lead generation, advertising/sponsorships/partnerships, events, digital marketing) in order to support the company’s business objectives:
• Inbound and outbound marketing programs for acquiring and nurturing leads
• Management through vendors and teammates, of all online and offline marketing programs including, PPC, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, webinars, content syndication, email, social, lead nurturing, channel marketing and analytics
• Collaboration with an array of cross-functional team members and external vendors to drive marketing's contribution to revenue
• Provide competitive scans and industry/market developments to help with business development, positioning and messaging
• Lead and ensure the consistency in the messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all internal and external communications and marketing materials—coordinating and socializing with content, creative, partners/vendors/colleagues, sales and other departments
• Perform ongoing tracking and analytics/reporting on B2B marketing initiatives
Desired Skill set

Core
• Graduate and 3+ years marketing experience required; a minimum of 2 years of experience directly managing B2B Digital/Marketing programs.
• MBA preferred but not essential.
• Demonstrable track record working on marketing pipeline generation, including managing campaigns from concept to ROI analysis.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ad Word (certification preferred).
• Email, database, and digital marketing experience including content strategy and programming, blogs, social media tactics, PPC, SM/ad console and analytics, email and database, website (in WordPress), SEO.
• Domain awareness of the world of enterprise software/tech (plus maritime industry preferred).
• Excellent communication skills – strong written and oral communication skills (awareness of languages like Japanese would be a big plus).
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office (knowledge of Adobe products, Canva, Figma, prototyping and UI tools will be a positive).
• Experience with CRM or lead management software.
