About the role:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent execution skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. He/She will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing initiatives and positioning Genleap as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand positioning, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Creation and execution of compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, that resonate with the target audience.
• Oversee the management of Genleap's online presence, including website optimization, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and a seamless user experience.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and customer acquisition cost, and provide regular reports to key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and sales, to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with product roadmap and sales objectives.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives, including advertising agencies, PR firms, and event organizers.

Candidate requirements:
• Master’s degree/diploma with specialization in Marketing or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management. Ad agency background will be added advantage.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation.
• Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate marketing strategies and campaign results to stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and brand consistency.
• Experience in the Ed-tech industry or a start-up environment is a plus.
