Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our Real Estate CRM software.
• Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate the value proposition of our products to the market.
• Develop impactful marketing collateral and sales enablement materials, including product guides, website content, and case studies.
• Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
• Drive lead generation and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
• Develop thought leadership content to establish our brand as a leader in the market.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to refine marketing strategies and enhance product positioning.
• Foster strong relationships with industry influencers, real estate professionals, and strategic partners.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a marketing manager, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
• In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including knowledge of CRM solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Experience in digital marketing, including email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with real estate CRMs and related technologies is highly desirable.
