We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to help us in our overall
marketing efforts. You will play an integral part in the development and execution of our
marketing plans; from creating content, and expanding our company’s digital (but not only)
footprint, to increasing brand awareness and external presence amongst our target audience.

Key responsibilities:-
To closely work along with our management to help define marketing strategies to best
showcase our value-driven services to potential client.
Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on
clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content,
and social media channels.
Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including LinkedIn,
and additional channels that may be deemed relevant. Run regular social promotions and
campaigns and track their success.
Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, and/or industry,
both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
Create sales and marketing tools (presentations, product relevant sheets, brochures etc.)
for the team and educate both internal and external stakeholders about our services.
Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies
to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and
programmatic media buying.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
Proven experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing or similar role
Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital
marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.), market research methods, and key algorithm
updates.
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Marketing software (CRM) and applications
(Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
Exceptional writing and communication (written and verbal) skills in English. Italian is a
strong plus. Any other additional language is a bonus.
Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
Skillset: Creative, analytical, confident, self-starter attitude, flexible, adaptable and willing
to work under pressure– you need to be able to approach and talk with a broad range of
people
Excellent understanding of social media as a tool for brand communication. Knowledge
of Linkedin Ads is a plus
