Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the growth of our business. This includes managing advertising campaigns, developing digital marketing plans, supervising the creation of engaging content, and analyzing marketing metrics. The Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns across various digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Analyze and interpret key performance metrics to make informed decisions and continually improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance marketing efforts with overall business goals and brand strategies.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of tracking tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure and report on campaign performance.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign elements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively identify new opportunities for performance optimization.
• Develop and manage budgets for performance marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior members of the performance marketing team.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and platforms to stay ahead in the rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing
• Demonstrated expertise in advertising, digital marketing, content creation and management, and marketing analytics
• Proven success in designing and executing effective marketing campaigns, with a deep understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• A strong creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to drive business results
• Experience with marketing in the technology industry is a plus
• Experience managing budgets and vendors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
