Job Description
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and promoting the Supreme brand in the Real Estate Industry. They will analyze and manage new marketing platforms to improve efficiency and play a key role in project launches and sustaining growth. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for delivering leads as per sales projections through planned and focused marketing activities.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
• Evaluate the brand communication mix for the Supreme brand and plan promotional activities in line with product strategy for home seekers.
• Create a yearly budget for corporate branding and allocate it to offline, online, and PR activities, while tracking the budget to ensure optimal use.
• Develop launch plans for new projects, including executing launch initiatives and post-launch market support activities.
• Schedule, plan, and execute all ATL & BTL activities for Mumbai according to the marketing calendar.
• Regularly visit the market to understand market changes, competitive moves, consumer interactions, and identify new business opportunities.
• Assist the business development team in creating detailed reports based on market analysis.
• Track sales data and modify branding initiatives to drive sales targets. Create lead generation plans in alignment with sales projections.
• Ensure appointed agencies understand their scope of work and timelines.
• Work closely with Ad Agencies for content creation, ensuring delivery aligns with brand expectations and deadlines. Track agency performance.
• Monitor lead number and lead quality weekly with the pre-sales head.
• Assist the Marketing Head in site visits, agency coordination, vendor management, data acquisition, ERP entries, and billing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for in-house and external agencies, providing regular feedback, ensuring follow-up, and adherence to deadlines.
• Perform copy and quality checks on all collaterals.
• Support external agencies with required materials and provide guidance for efficient management of promotional activities.
• Manage vendor selection, obtain initial quotations, and ensure delivery timelines are consistently met.
• Handle billing-related queries, enter data into ERP, and follow up with accounts for timely payments.
• Plan all below-the-line activities according to the sales and marketing plan.
• Ensure all activities are in line with the annual marketing budget.
• Support market research and online research initiatives as needed.
• Qualifications: MBA in Marketing (preferred) & Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 3-4 years in the Real Estate Industry, preferably with a real estate developer.
