Location-Pune -Hinjewadi Phase 3(Product based Organization)
Experience-: 10 Years To 15 Years. Education-: B.E.-Mech/Elect/Electronics, Preferred MBA -Business Development/Marketing
Responsibility-:
1. Marketing
a) Market Analysis for existing product enhancement as well as new product development ideas
b) Market Intelligence and Competition Analysis to define new market requirements, trends etc.
c) User experience – Crate end to end user experience for customer from demonstration, collaterals, presentations, case studies etc.
d) Product Licensing – Ensure product TMs with legalteam.
e) New Product Ideas – Ensure the implementation of key strategic ideas received from cross-functional team. Define the time bound roadmap. f) Develop marketing interventions in accordance with the IASYS long term goals.
g) Prepare marketing plan for BRIX and ORBIT product range along with product manager.
h) Collect and analyse market research data to apply it to ongoing projects. i) Provide updated status reports concerning present marketing projects to the management.
a) Attend various marketing conferences and seminars to increase brand visibility. b) Oversee and prepare marketing budgets and present the same to Business Development head.
2. Corporate Communications and Branding-:
a) Product Positioning – Ensure iASYS products are positioned well so that customer can see the USPs.
b) Content Strategy and Management – Ensure to create new blogs, case studies product videos as per requirements from business team for internal as well as external stakeholders.
c) Plan and organize brand promotional campaigns/events.
d) Assist the product manager to create and promote the IASYS brand identity.
e) Provide inputs in the creation and distribution of all varieties of marketing materials.
f) Vendor Management - Negotiate advertising and branding contracts.
3. Digital Media-:
a) Run IASYS branding campaigns across multiple social media platforms.
b) Implementing Social Media SEO tactics aligned with IASYS keyword and SEO strategies.
c) Managing the social media marketing strategy for IASYS focusing on LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, SlideShare, Glassdoor etc.
d) Execution of all social media activities of sharing, engaging, liking, thereby increasing social reach.
e) Engaging with prospective customers by sharing product content, finding ways to grow LinkedIn company followership,and improve overall engagement with customers.
f) Posting Facebook posts for each major event of IASYS and finding new ways to leverage Facebook for marketing purposes.
g) Conduct competitive analysis studies on client competitors, including digital footprint analysis.
4. Business Expo/Professional Forum-:
a) Ensure the IASYS active participation in all relevant business expo like auto expo across India.
b) Prepare details operational budget for participation in various Expo.
c) Plan the required support material like collaterals, Demo Systems, coordination with branding agency.
d) nsure the participation of IASYS relevant professional forums relevant to Automation, PVM, IOT.
Competency Prerequisite -:
a) Presentation-: Excellent Presentation skills and ability to gauge the customer reaction.
b) Communication –: Strong command on profession English Oral and Written both.
c) Collaboration-: working closely with cross department Solution Architect, Engineering, Projects.
d) Goal orientation-: Shall work for achieving maximum brand visibility and organisation goals.
e) Multitasking-: Should be able to work simultaneously on several marketing interventions simultaneously.
