As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our digital and on-ground brand presence. This role requires a blend of digital marketing expertise, interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of our target audience.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement for Sunset Cinema Club.
• Collaborate with the social media team to drive compelling content for digital marketing channels, including social media posts, blog articles, videos, and newsletters.
• Enable and optimize performance marketing on various digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube)
• Coordinate and execute on-ground brand activations in collaboration with SCC venue partners.
• Analyze customer insights to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for audience growth and engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives and maximize brand exposure.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, event marketing, or related roles, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Creative and strategic thinking, with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Passion for the entertainment industry and a deep understanding of the target audience's preferences and behavior.
