Position Overview:
As a Marketing Manager at Lemma, you will leverage your extensive experience in the adtech space to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders while driving the company's growth through effective marketing strategies for India.
Reporting to : Marketing Head
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Management: Oversee the company's brand identity and ensure consistency in messaging and visual elements across all marketing materials in India.
Content Creation: Lead the creation of high-quality marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, to demonstrate thought leadership in the AdTech industry.
Event Management: Plan and execute industry events, webinars, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's offerings and foster networking opportunities.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.
Product Marketing: Collaborate with the product team to develop and launch new products or features, ensuring effective positioning and messaging.
Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications:
● Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in the Ad Tech industry.
● Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
● Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
● Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in the adtech space.
● Proficiency in Powerpoint presentations
● Agency background would be preferable
