Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will coordinate and develop marketing policies, strategies, programs, and campaigns to develop company brands in market to achieve organisational sales goal.

Scope and Impact of job:

Person in this position is responsible for development, planning, implementation, analysis and control of marketing strategy to promote company brands for revenue generation.

Supervisory responsibilities:

· Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.

· Oversees the daily workflow of the department.

· Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations of the team.

· Regular review and analysis of goals on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Job Description:

· Gathers and analyses information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.

· Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.

· Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.

· Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership for new product development.

· Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.

· Analyze and evaluates financial aspects of product development.

· Collaborates in the development of new products with R&D and external recourses.

· Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing and sales activities, strategies, and policies.

· Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.

· Negotiates contracts with external venders for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.

· Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.

· Technical support to field sales team

· Write marketing literature (brochures) to augment the company's presence in the market for promotional activity of products.

· Efficient use of digital media and all marketing resources to create brand value in market

· Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.

· Initiate and control survey to assess customer requirements and dedication.

· Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements:

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing or related field required.

· At least six years of experience in a related field.

Salary: ₹+0,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
