Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Marketing Manager at Pill Box Pharmacy India, located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Marketing Manager will lead and manage all aspects of marketing communication and advertising to promote the company, products and services. The Marketing Manager will develop and oversee the implementation of marketing plans and manage the marketing budget, as well as collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
• Marketing Strategy, Planning and Execution, and Communication skills
• Experience in market research and analysis
• Proficiency in Marketing Automation and digital marketing platforms such as Google AdWords, Social Media, SEO/SEM and email marketing
• Analytical skills with the ability to generate and analyze statistics and ROI figures
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team and to collaborate effectively with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
