Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the education industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our educational products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of the education landscape, strong leadership skills, and a creative approach to marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the education industry, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape, target audience, and emerging trends in the education sector.
• Product Promotion: Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote educational programs, courses, and services, utilizing various channels such as digital marketing, content marketing, and traditional marketing methods.
• Brand Management: Oversee brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual elements across all marketing materials.
• Content Development: Manage the creation of educational content, including blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, and social media content, to engage and educate the target audience.
• Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential students, parents, and educational institutions.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaigns.
• Budget Management: Effectively allocate and manage marketing budgets, ensuring a cost-effective approach to achieve marketing goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in marketing within the education industry, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of education industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with educational partners and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
• Creative thinking and a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
