The Role: As our Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales across multiple channels. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing strategy encompassing PR, social media marketing, influencer marketing, online advertising, and offline events. • Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience. • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to reach new audiences and build brand loyalty. • Develop and manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) to generate website traffic and leads. • Plan and execute offline events (cooking demonstrations, product launches) to promote brand awareness and customer engagement. • Craft compelling press releases and media kits to secure positive media coverage. • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using data and metrics. • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies. • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer service) to ensure consistent brand messaging. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing management. • Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. • Excellent understanding of social media marketing, influencer marketing, and online advertising. • Strong experience with content creation (writing, editing, graphic design). • Experience with PR and media relations a plus. • Experience managing marketing budgets. • Analytical mind with a data-driven approach. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Passion for modern homeware and kitchenware a plus.
