Responsibilities
As the Marketing Manager at Urban Rest, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of our brand and guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our brand pillars of Design, Wellness, and Sustainability.
Brand Excellence: Enhance our brand presence, ensuring a consistent and compelling narrative in diverse markets.
Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and promotes our unique value proposition.
Partnerships and Collaborations: Build and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and stakeholders to amplify our brand message.
Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small but growing, talented marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
