An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team. You will play a crucial role in shaping the marketing strategy during a period of growth, leading the development and implementation of Croudace Homes’ overall marketing strategy through data-driven insights, creative thinking and strategic planning. This role is based in our head office in Caterham, with travel to our offices (Letchworth & Theale) and sites as required. Some of your key responsibilities: Brand Management: Drive standardisation and consistency across the group & externally for all aspects of marketing. Market Research: Conduct research on customer preferences, competitor activities, and demographic trends to inform marketing strategies. Marketing Strategy Reports: Develop branding concepts, marketing suite plans, signage proposals, advertising, and promotional activities for each development. Digital Media Management: Manage the design, content, and functionality of the company website. Ensure digital marketing campaigns are executed effectively and website traffic is optimised. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on performance, lead sources, and marketing activities with a view to brand awareness & sales achieved, ensuring the best use of advertising spend. Show Homes & Marketing Suites: Ensure all marketing suites and show homes meet high standards in presentation and align with corporate identity. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the Marketing team, ensuring efficient and effective performance. Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending. What you will bring to the role: Relevant degree in a related discipline, CIM qualified would be advantageous Extensive experience within the new homes industry, with responsibility for leading a team and managing a busy marketing function Proficient user of IT including Microsoft Office Suite and design software Relevant experience in creating, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies within budget to support the achievement of company targets. Collaborative & adaptable with the ability to work effectively across teams. Strong skills in writing and editing content for a variety of media, along with confident presentation abilities.
