About the Role
The Marketing Manager, Specific Brand Portfolio plays a key role in enabling One Vinarchy.
Reporting to Head of Brand Marketing, Region, this position will be responsible for leading the end-to-end growth agenda for a defined portfolio of Vinarchy wine brands—translating consumer and customer insight into brand strategies, integrated campaigns and commercially effective go-to-market plans across channels, owning annual brand plans and innovation/renovation pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Build a clear 1–3 year brand/portfolio strategy and annual plans aligned to portfolio and commercial objectives; oversee brand positioning and architecture across touchpoints and markets.
Lead integrated campaigns (ATL, digital, social, PR/events, retail/shopper) from brief to post‑evaluation, ensuring channel‑fit creative and measurable outcomes.
Manage digital marketing initiatives (paid media, social/content, CRM/email) in line with brand goals and performance KPIs.
Shape innovation/renovation pipeline with Global Innovation: size opportunities, define targets/occasions, and lead pack, naming and launch strategy; deliver GTM toolkits and activation plans.
Use consumer, category and competitor insights to inform strategy and channel choices; track brand health, sales and share; lead measurement and evaluation and embed learnings into forward plans.
Own A&P budgets for the portfolio, allocating investment to initiatives with the highest expected return and managing spend to plan.
Partner with Commercial and Finance on forecasts, demand signals and promo plans; support profitable growth via evidence‑based recommendations.
Lead and coach direct reports and junior team members; build strong cross‑functional and agency relationships; ensure governance and compliance with ******* marketing codes, retailer policies and data/privacy requirements.
Experience/Capability
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
7–10+ years’ brand/marketing experience in FMCG/beverage (wine experience highly regarded), delivering integrated campaigns and commercial results
Demonstrated experience in brand stewardship (positioning, identity, asset management) and NPD/innovation commercialisation
Digital marketing fluency across paid, social, content and email channels, with a focus on performance optimisation
Proven cross‑functional and agency leadership, influencing stakeholders and managing complex projects to timelines and budgets
Budget ownership capability with a strong ROI mindset and comfort making investment trade‑offs
Strong project management and workflow discipline, with high attention to detail from brief through delivery
Solid understanding of governance and compliance requirements for ******* marketing and data/privacy, maintaining robust approval processes and accurate records
