Responsibilities
Devising a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy
Overseeing the progress of our advertisement campaign and sales activities
Monitoring the housing and property markets to identify potential leads
Maintaining contact with our client
Field visit with Builders.
Cooperating with current business partners on potential projects
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills
1+ years of experience in the real estate sector or in any other field sales
Thorough knowledge of the real estate market
Expertise with project management software and CRM systems
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Finance/any graduate
• basic knowledge of MS office
