What we really want: To think about marketing from the customer's point of view and align our entire company with them. To listen to our customers and speak their language. And to make every contact with us and our products a positive experience. Together with you, the KRÜSS marketing team is responsible for many of these interfaces and therefore plays a key role. As specialists in marketing and social media management, content creation, online marketing, video and photo production, graphic design, and technical communication, we work very closely together. Like a friendly, international in-house agency.
What there is to do
• Strategic planning for regional marketing activities with a focus on the distributor regions in APAC and in close alignment with global activities
• Conception, coordination, and implementation of campaigns and marketing projects in the areas of print, web, social media as well as events
• Controlling and reporting relevant marketing KPIs
• Close cooperation with the HQ Marketing Team, Agencies, Sales, and Distributors
How you achieve it
• Successfully completed professional training or university degree in the field of marketing/communication
• At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing management or project management in an agency or an internationally operating industrial company
• Combination of a structured, analytical, strategic, and creative way of thinking paired with a hands-on mentality
• Strong market and target group orientation
• Some experience in the scientific instrument industry
• Excellent project management skills and implementation strength
• Excellent team and communication skills
• Business fluent in English written and spoken, German would be beneficial
• Domestic and international travel is required
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
