We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager (B2B Growth & Brand) | ICCS DigX | Noida
We’re building ICCS DigX into a category-defining AI-led CX/BPM company — and marketing will play a pivotal role in this journey.
This is not a typical marketing role.
We’re looking for someone who can:
👉 Generate high-quality B2B leads through digital channels
👉 Build a strong, differentiated brand (not just run campaigns)
👉 Turn complex AI/CX/sales/collections solutions into simple, powerful stories
👉 Help position ICCS as more than a BPO — a next-gen AI-led growth partner
🔥 What you’ll own:
• End-to-end lead generation (Google Ads, LinkedIn, webinars, etc.)
• Performance marketing with clear ROI metrics
• Brand positioning & storytelling (this is critical)
• Content, campaigns, and demand generation
👤 Who we’re looking for:
• MBA (Tier 1 / Tier 2)
• 7–12 years in B2B marketing
• Strong experience in digital lead generation
• Exceptional storytelling ability (non-negotiable)
• Someone who wants to build, not just manage
💰 Compensation:
₹20L – ₹25L (with performance-linked upside)
