Strategic Marketing Manager, Battery Management Systems
The Electric Vehicle market is growing at >25% per year as transport moves rapidly away from fossil fuels to green alternatives. As the leading supplier of electronics to Battery Management systems, ADI is enabling our customers to make this very rapid shift to electrification, transforming the industry.
ADI's technology solutions increase the range of electric vehicles, reduce cost and weight and reduces design time for our customers. These technologies include highest accuracy voltage and current measurement, wireless connectivity for battery management and battery analytics. The BMS strategic marketing manager will work as part of the BMS BU team to grow market share and revenue with leading OEMs and Tier 1 manufacturers and to set direction for the next generations of products. The role gives the opportunity to combine technical strength with business acumen to win a growing market. The successful candidate will be a strong team player working with sales, applications, design and operations.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
• Technical degree, preferably electronics.
MBA beneficial.
• >10 years electronics industry experience, preferably Automotive.
• Experience/knowledge of battery systems.
• Proven experience of driving design wins to grow a business
• Customer focused.
Proven experience working with Sales org and working directly with customers.
• Experience managing opportunity pipeline and revenue.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
