Experience: 5 years Marketing in Hotel, Lodge, Spa & Tourism sectors.
Qualification: Graduate or MBA
Mandatory Skill: - Good marketing, branding and relationship building skills.
Excellent Negotiating Skills.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
· Is responsible to Design, Building and Maintaining all Social Media presence for Franchise and centers
· Ensures Business Goals/sale targets are achieved.
· Identify Trends and Insights, and optimize spends and performance based on insights.
· Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points (Customer Feedback and experience analysis)
· Will need to work closely with Sales & Operations Manager and executives from the Head Office and Centers.
· Think Tank. Should brainstorm and work on out of the box ideas (Schemes/packages)
Soft Skills:
Good in English, Hindi and local language communication with telephonic skills.
Good liaising and trouble shooting skills.
A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning.
Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm and prioritize with attention to detail.

Salary: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
