RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and implement overarching marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives across diverse sectors.
· Oversee offline marketing activities, including organizing seminars, participating in education fairs, and managing print media campaigns.
· Integrate online marketing knowledge to complement offline strategies, ensuring a cohesive brand message across all platforms.
· Guide the creative direction for marketing materials, collaborating with graphic design teams to ensure brand consistency.
· Manage and mentor a marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
· Coordinate with external vendors and partners to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
· Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
· Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
· Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
WORKING CONDITIONS
· This is a full-time, in-office position based in Toronto, Ontario.
· The role requires extensive travel across Canada, particularly to the Northwest Territories and Nunavut, to oversee and participate in marketing activities.
· The work environment is corporate, with expectations for professionalism and adherence to company policies.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
· Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company's value proposition.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Proven experience in leading marketing initiatives across multiple sectors, with a strong emphasis on offline marketing strategies.
· Comprehensive understanding of online marketing tools and platforms, with the ability to integrate digital insights into offline campaigns.
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in guiding creative teams and external vendors.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders.
· Ability to analyze marketing data and metrics to inform strategic decisions.
· Familiarity with graphic design principles and the ability to oversee the development of marketing materials that support business development.
· Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
