Job Description: Marketing Manager and Content Writer
Company Overview: Brokenatom.io is an early-stage startup in the low code/no code space, dedicated to empowering individuals and businesses to create software solutions without coding expertise. We are seeking a talented and versatile Marketing Manager and Content Writer to join our team and drive our marketing efforts through compelling content creation. Responsibilities:
• Content Strategy and Creation: Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with our marketing goals. Create engaging and informative content across various channels, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, website copy, video scripts, and more. Ensure that the content effectively communicates our value proposition and resonates with our target audience.
• Brand Messaging: Develop a consistent and compelling brand voice and messaging that reflects our company's vision and resonates with our target audience. Ensure that all marketing communications are consistent with our brand identity and guidelines.
• SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and incorporate relevant keywords into content to optimize search engine rankings. Write meta descriptions, title tags, and headers to improve organic visibility and increase website traffic.
• Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth. Create and schedule engaging posts, monitor social media analytics, and actively engage with our audience to build relationships and drive traffic to our website.
• Thought Leadership: Position our startup as a thought leader in the low code/no code space by researching and writing thought leadership articles and industry insights. Collaborate with the team to identify relevant topics, trends, and opportunities for content creation.
• Customer Case Studies: Conduct interviews and gather information from customers to create compelling case studies that showcase the success stories of individuals and businesses using our low code/no code platform. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to identify potential case study candidates.
• Website Content Management: Ensure that all website content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with our marketing goals. Collaborate with the web development team to optimize the user experience and improve website conversion rates.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance, website traffic, and engagement metrics. Use data insights to optimize content strategies, identify areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to develop content that supports product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience (1-2 years) in marketing and content writing, preferably in the technology or software industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices - Knowledge of SEO optimization and keyword research tools
• Experience managing social media platforms and utilizing social media management tools
• Ability to research and understand complex technical topics and translate them into accessible content for a non-technical audience
• Proficiency in crafting engaging and persuasive copy across various mediums - Familiarity with low code/no code platforms and trends is a plus
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment
• Basic knowledge of HTML and content management systems (CMS) is a plus
Compensation: 60,000 – 1,00,000 Per Month
