We design, manufacture and market innovative and award winning STEM DIY activity kits for kids aged 3-14. We have a presence in 30 countries with the network of 5000+ offline and online retailers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Brand Communication: Work with graphic designers/copywriters/digital agencies to craft all communication assets for the business
. On-website: Craft marketing campaigns, new initiatives On-website along with performance marketers to drive user acquisition and retention.
Social Media: Create Company’s social media calendar.
E-mail Marketing: Conceptualize and execute the Email marketing campaigns on Klaviyo/Active campaign.
Influencer Marketing: On-board Facebook, Instagram and YouTube Influencers to generate brand content and drive traffic on the website.
Agency Management: Conceptualise and plan brand photo/video shoots in collaboration with the creative agency.
Offline Retail: Work with graphics team to conceptualize offline marketing collaterals (packaging design, posters, visual merchandising).
Skills
Work experience as Marketing Manager for a consumer brand/ digital agency.
Experience with CRM software. '
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritise goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years’ experience in marketing.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills.
