Job Description

Aramark Canada is seeking a passionate foodie to join our dining team. If you're constantly exploring and experimenting with new cuisines, we want to speak with you about this Marketing Manager role.

In this role, you will work closely with our onsite food service operations team and Corporate Marketing team to bring our client's vision and mission to life. The Marketing Manager is a champion, guardian, advocate, and ambassador of the food brand.

Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will plan, coordinate, organize, and execute all communication initiatives, including proactive and reactive communication, to bring the culinary brand to life. You will provide support on local engagement activities, partner and consumer facing, including written and verbal communication, events, learning programs, and community events.

Key Responsibilities

Some exciting tasks you will lead:

Support operations teams in executing innovation that drives positive customer and client experiences

Lead creative customer presentations, centering marketing efforts on achieving immediate and long-term business goals

Coordinate engagement activities showcasing new products and programs

Lead sales growth and marketing campaigns for multi-site gift card and loyalty programs

Interact directly with operations teams to identify new marketing opportunities by category

Recommend actions, plan projects, estimate costs, and manage projects to completion

Manage website content, enhancements, and development

Provide market research, campaign results, and consumer trends, and create action plans to strengthen our dining services program

Support corporate brand strategy development, implementation, and execution

Design and manage location-specific communications, measure effectiveness, and analyze sales data for each initiative

Support multi-site catering programs, working with operations teams to create consistency and elevate programming using brand standards

Drive innovation via technology, providing strategic marketing plans and implementation support for multiple platforms, such as digital screens, mobile applications, and robotics

Built and maintain key core relationships with clients, partners, and local communities

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals with:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business

Proven knowledge of social media platforms and a passion for food

Excellent oral and written communication skills

An eye for design and branding

Strong research, project management, and analytical skills

Content creation experience (blogs, press releases, internal communication, social media posts)

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe applications

Excellent project management skills with a proactive approach to all projects

Self-directed with strong organization and time management skills
