What you'll do
As a Marketing Manager for Everyday Rewards, you are responsible for planning, executing and optimising Rewards Trade driving initiatives. You will be passionate about understanding what our Rewards members value most, provide Member exclusive offers and experiences, and create a two-way conversation with our Members via innovative digital, data, direct and content marketing techniques.
Drive incremental revenue and share of wallet growth for our program and partners, via Direct Communication and Targeted Media channels to achieve strategic business objectives.
Effective allocation of a proportion of budget and resource to Test & Learn initiatives.
Development of business cases to ensure commercial viability of all activity and forecast return.
Prepare annual business plans for the development/implementation of key Marketing strategies.
Ensure alignment with key stakeholders and functions when building marketing strategies including ensuring all senior stakeholders, partners and commercial teams are engaged as required.
Provide coaching to more junior marketers, including a team directly reporting to yourself
What you'll bring
Extensive experience in Direct/Digital Marketing, Direct Response, CRM, or Data Driven Marketing roles.
Demonstrable experience in managing highly successful multi-channel direct marketing campaigns, to budget.
Proven experience in developing Test & Learn frameworks, and driving conversion rates across multiple channels.
Experience in working with automated campaigns, including working directly with data scientists and tech leads.
A self-motivated, strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity, combining a customer-first mindset with expert stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience in coaching more junior team members
Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc).
