Responsibilities
As the Marketing Director, you’ll work closely with the company founder to drive business growth and manage marketing campaigns
You’ll gain hands-on experience in marketing within the insurance industry, and have the opportunity to make the marketing department your own as we transition our efforts in-house
Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a lead generation strategy focused on identifying and nurturing potential clients
Utilize creative approaches across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, paid ads, and content marketing to attract new clients
Spearhead Email Marketing Campaigns: Lead the design and execution of email marketing campaigns to engage existing clients, nurture leads, and drive conversions
Monitor the performance of email campaigns, using A/B testing, segmentation, and other strategies to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
Content Creation and Brand Awareness:
Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content, including blog posts, infographics, email templates, and landing pages that engage potential clients and communicate the value of our services
Develop social media strategies to build the company’s online presence, increase brand visibility, and drive engagement
Campaign Analytics & Optimization:
Track and analyze key performance metrics for all marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads) and make data-driven recommendations to improve performance
Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms to evaluate and refine lead generation efforts and marketing ROI
Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials, ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts, and help convert marketing-generated leads into sales-qualified leads
