Partners closely with other topline disciplines (Sales and Revenue Management) to develop overarching cross-cutting strategies. The Role
As a Marketing Manager in Training, you’ll:
- Learn the fundamentals of marketing by working on dynamic, face-to-face nonprofit campaigns.
- Engage potential donors and supporters, inspiring them to take action on causes that matter.
- Build key skills in leadership, communication, and campaign strategy through hands-on experience.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to hit performance targets and expand campaign reach.
- Progress through our structured training program to become a leader, managing your own campaigns and team.
