We are hiring Marketing Manager for one of our Reputed Client which is India's trusted name in Test Preparation, offers the best of classroom and online learning experience, thereby giving students an extra edge. Our Client helps to prepare students for medical and engineering entrance exams such as National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET), Joint Entrance Examination (JEE - Main & Advanced), and school / board examinations including scholarship exams such as NTSE, KVPY and Olympiads.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure Client's brand guidelines are implemented and its salient messages are incorporated in all marketing collaterals
• Knowledge of using diverse marketing & strategy models and communications tools. Capable of leveraging all effective channels- traditional and digital for penetrative communication.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies (for example printing houses, event agencies, advertising agencies, PR agencies, graphic designers).
• Collaborate with the sales team to support the successful execution of marketing events & activities /educational / corporate programs by facilitating adequate media coverage and following-up marketing activities (e.g. ATL (OOH, FM, Newspaper etc.), BTL (Seminars, Webinars, Activations, Road Shows, RWAs, Leaflets Insertions and Distribution etc and Digital). This would also include enabling the field sales team by providing training on PR and marketing related pieces.
• Lead the communication of regional consumer/marketing facts, trends, insights, personas and implications via systematic reports, presentations, and ad-hoc support for key marketing initiatives led by the corporate team.
• Support stakeholder relationships (stakeholders are all organizations and individuals, who have direct and/or indirect impact to company's success; for example media, Social groups, Educational institutions, students, opinion leaders)
• Understand the pulse of the region and publish stories for internal communication and prominent external media around students success, learning trends, aspirations, career choices etc
• Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases to remain fully informed on regional market education trends and other parties' research.
Qualification & Skill Requirements : MBA (Marketing) Preferred. At least 2 -3 years of Experience of Marketing
• Good Communication and Presentation Skills (Spoken and Written)
• Creative Bent of Mind
• Analytical Skills
• Good In Excel and MS Office
• Experience in BTL/ATL is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM Programs, SAP, SALES FORCE will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with the Region under consideration
• Vendor/Agency Management and Negotiation
