We are looking for a Marketing Manager to support our growing team and help our Global Marketing team’s efforts. In this role, the ideal candidate will support global marketing campaigns, and supporting programs resulting in increased direct and indirect revenue, field sales engagement, and brand recognition. This position works closely with our Practice Leadership to sustain and enhance our channel and client relationships to support our rapidly growing firm.
The role
• Global alliance administration and marketing administration
• Develop and execute strategic alliance/marketing plans in conjunction with global marketing team aligning with current market needs and future growth of Spaulding Ridge
• Understand SR and partner go-to-market (GTM) propositions, markets, business challenges and customer opportunities
• Partner with global field marketing team to execute global event strategy that reaches target audiences to drive awareness, engagement, and meaningful relationships at trade shows, virtual and in-person events, and speaking engagements. This includes supporting event and sponsorship planning proceses , researching potential trade shows, evaluating venues, and helping to manage the invitation and RSVP processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional leadership to ensure Spaulding Ridge has the most accurate brand presence through Spaulding Ridge’s global presence, including clients, prospects, and channel partners
• Handle all aspects of onsite event needs including ordering of event supplies, signage, swag, etc., and coordinate shipping & receiving of such items and onsite execution (in APAC region)
• Analyze success and impact of each event through reporting ROI and lead management
• Manage India marketing pod.
You have
• 3-5 years of previous Marketing experience
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or another related field
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage and execute many priorities simultaneously
• Passion for sales and technology. Strong ability to collaborate across the firm and across diverse alliance and partner relationships
• Experience using Salesforce, Anaplan, Asana, and Pardot
• Experience in fast-paced consulting environment
