Position Summary
The Marketing Manager will take the lead in planning, coordinating, and developing marketing campaigns for the Gaming Division. This candidate will also support creating presentations, internal documentation, and marketing campaigns across all lines of business. Because this position will wear multiple hats, it is imperative that they have the ability to stay organized, professional, and quickly switch gears as needed.
Essential Job Functions:Lead a team of Associate Product Marketing ManagersAssistance with creating presentations in PowerPoint while following our brand guideline standardsAbility to manage and maintain a budget to ensure proper and impactful spending across all launches and eventsManage the development, execution, and calendar of all partner marketing campaigns at a network and bespoke level with clear communication internally and externally surrounding all activityCollaborate with key stakeholders to better understand marketing strategy and ensure proper alignmentWork closely with the Creative team to provide direction, content, and review for accuracyWork with internal Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure all promotional marketing objectives are met and opportunities maximizedSupport Account Management with game launch packs and information to aid uptake of content and broaden distributionTrack, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness across launches, paid ads, and social contentManage the merchandise & promotional inventory for partnered events and giftingSupport Corporate Marketing with industry events such as ICE, IGA, and G2EQualifications
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Required Experience:At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
Preferred Experience:Experience working within the gaming industry with an understanding of promotional marketing, event management & relationship management
Experience orchestrating and measuring an array of marketing tactics as well as budget management
Experience with presentations and analytic
Experience of working with suppliers - particularly merchandising
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteCreative writing skills requiredAttention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication skillsStrong project management skillsDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse work groupAbility to multi-task is requiredStrong problem-solving skillsStrong analytical skillsEagerness to learn, positive attitude, and strong work ethicMay require evening and weekend hours
Physical Requirements:Hybrid role. 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
