Job Description Hospital experience Mandatory Corporate Marketing & Growth Strategy : Patient Acquisition & Outreach Growth Brand Visibility & Reputation Management Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Strategic Alliances & Corporate Growth Initiatives Digital Marketing : Enhance Online Visibility (SEO) & Website Management. Social Media & Community Engagement. Digital Campaigns for OPD/IPD Awareness. Reputation & Review Management. Public Relations & Branding : Media coverage of hospital initiatives, free camps, health awareness drives, etc. Develop press releases, success stories, newsletters, and doctor interviews that reflect the hospital’s values and impact. Internal & External Communication. Community Outreach : Organizing Free Health Camps & Screenings. Building NGO & Local Partnerships & CSR. Awareness Campaigns & Preventive Health Education. Maintain records of camp participation, and referrals to the hospital. Patient Relations & TPA Desk : Patient Communication & Satisfaction. TPA Coordination & Cashless Services. Charity/ Financial Assistance Coordination. Reporting & Relationship Management with TPA/insurance cases and charity beneficiaries Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Experience: Hospital Marketing: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
