Marketing – Brand Manager
Location - Powai, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the brand strategy as well as corresponding brand elements in order to
maximize the brand & equity
• Conceptualize brand-led ideas that can elevate brand awareness, recall, and positioning in
our target segment
• Responsible for continually improving the brand awareness for HFS
• Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including
online and social media
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent communication
across all channels and always striving to improve the brand awareness and brand recall
• Take ownership of designing, building and maintaining online as well as offline presence
(including but not limited to the website, social media accounts, and office premises)
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity & ensure brand
standards are followed across all programs and initiatives.
• Partner closely with Creative and Media agencies to brainstorm and extract best output
as well as own and motivate the agency teams
Key Skills
• Strong brand-building acumen and a strategic thinker
• Demonstrable experience in positioning a brand/company in a competitive market
• Steady exposure or Expertise in Digital Marketing
• Proven track record of campaign planning and execution
• Experience in managing and having an overall understanding of social media, and content
development
• Exposure to Brand Communication and Media Planning
• Vendor management – Creative agency, Digital agency, marketing collaterals, Translation agency
Experience:
• Any Graduate
• 5-10 years of marketing experience – Required
